Fiber Higher or Lower: Which Food Has More Fiber?
By A. Pepper, CEO of Type Click Tests ·
Fiber Higher or Lower is the same two-card format as calories, with grams of fiber per 100 g. Seeds and beans usually crush white rice. Chicken and cheese sit at zero — that is a real card, not a joke.
What actually has fiber
- Chia, flax, oat bran, and air-popped popcorn are dense per 100 g.
- Beans, lentils, raspberries, and avocado sit in the middle.
- Peeled potatoes and white rice are low.
- Animal foods have no fiber. If meat is on the board, it is the low card.
